How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the continental United States generally takes 3–7 business days. Most customers can expect their order to arrive within 7–14 business days from the date the order is placed.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

What is your return policy? 

All sales are final. Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

For virtual skincare orders, we will review the issue and coordinate with the product manufacturer when applicable to determine eligibility for replacement.
